*One member of staff* really lets what is a great team down. Moving is a stressful time as it is and * did very little to make things any easier. I literally had to park myself in front of * in the office to get * to make a phone call to chase up my sale. * was adamant *'d been chasing and was reluctant to make the call for me passing me back to my solicitor. Well I don't appreciate this when I'm paying a good fee to my agent and *'s job is to sales chase!! * reduced me to tears with frustration and was therefore forced to make the call. It was then very clear from the conversation *'d not chased at all and this was clearly why she didn't want to make a call in front of me. How sly is that! God knows how long my needless wait would have gone on if I didn't go to the inconvenience of going into the office. Low and behold the call got us the news we wanted, that was all it took but for some reason far too much trouble for *. I was disgusted as a vendor how rude she was to me when I was clearly stressed out with the situation. The rest of the team are faultless but I'd never use them again as long as Jenna has a job there which is completely unfortunate. She really needs some training in customer care before being let loose dealing with the public.

16 Jun 2019This was not my experience with Dylan Davies, Jenna and the rest of the team was 5*. Initially I had my house for sale with the ‘original’ agent which has been based in Tonteg as long as I can remember. Surely it couldn’t be that hard to sell a house in Tonteg, as the location sells itself! How wrong was I!!! After a while I couldn’t understand why my house wasn’t selling. I waited in whilst one of the viewings and saw first hand. This is the kitchen, isn’t it nice, this is the lounge, isn’t it nice. I could believe how they were ‘trying’ to sell my house. No wonder it wasn’t sold. I left that agent and went with Dylan Davies and they sold within 3 days, something the ‘other’ agent couldn’t do in 4 months! If you want to sell quickly, without any fuss, without a drop in price or fake viewings go with Dylan Davies.
