Awful service, instructed to move out on certain date due to new tennants moving in, now Bucks are trying to claim another months rent from myself because new tennant failed credit reference! (Not my problem) Think again bucks that's why the DPS was put in place to protect tennants & landlords from *the likes of you. I don't give up a fight easily!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
