Easily the worst and most incompetent agency I've dealt with, from the very beginning until the very end. It's more intellectually stimulating to talk to a wall, even though sometimes I think they pretend they're stupid deliberately to get away with the unprofessional behavior. Viewing stage was a mess and had to call/email twice. Less than one month after I've rented the property, I was 'conveniently' informed that the landlord intended to sell the place and therefore there would be regular visits to my flat. Well, the landlord might want to sell whatever he wants, but for that, 1) he doesn't let first, and 2) he waits until the tenancy agreement is over! That was so disrespectful, having to come home from work and having the lights on, and my things out of place! Every single day! The place it was supposed to be my home! But that's not all, despite the fact that they left me a hover full of dirt INSIDE, I was CHARGED because I left a brand new desk in the house. Absolute scam, to get some more money from me. Oh, and did I mention that despite I am on 27k+ they still made me pay 6 months in advance because I was on probation period??? Absolutely ridiculous, and they won't reply to your emails. However, they will send you emails when it's their interest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

26 Jun 2017Ana, You are obviously an egotistical pretentious person full of your own self importance and illusions of grandeour. Your sense of intellectual superiority speaks more to your attitude than that of our team. Who else attempts to demean others that they believe to be intellectually inferior? You also seemed to feel that you have the right to leave your own tat and junk behind believing that you are somehow improving someone elses lot with your unwanted rubbish. Before vacating a property we make it clear that the property needs to be clean and junk removed. Unfortunately a trip to the tip in a commercial vehicle costs upwards of £70+vat. You could have taken this for free but instead chose to leave it to the landlord. Regarding referencing: You think you are a high earner on £27k+ but this does not afford you special privileges. We have referencing standards and someone starting a new job with probation period is not "stable". Industry standard practice is to request a guarantor or rent in advance. We didn't "make" you do anything. We laid out options that would be acceptable to us and you accepted one option. You could have gone elsewhere. I only wish you had!!

Thank you for leaving this 'professional' and might I add - highly offensive - reply, so other customers know how you deal with your customers, this is an accurate public representation of your agency. It just reinforces what has been stated already by me and many other clients. I think this reply is enough and it's worth to be shared so others don't make the same mistake of going with your agency. I wish I had googled the reputation of your agency before I even signed up with you.
