I was extremely pleased to have chosen the team at Bradleys in Sidmouth to market our unusual property. Mike is very experienced and has a thorough knowledge of the local market. He was able to guide us towards the right approach, both in terms of setting the target value and presentation of the property. The whole team were well briefed and understood the marketing proposition. Each member accompanied potential buyers to the property and they were able to answer questions as they arose. The eventual sale process was more protracted than anyone involved would have chosen, but the delays came from external factors. Although the situation was frustrating, the Bradleys team made a terrific effort to keep everything together, constantly checking and updating everyone involved. Overall, an unusual sale, very well managed by Mike and his team.
