Excellent. I am a small residential landlord and I manage my properties myself. Upad advertise on the main property websites and direct the potential tenants to you via email or telephone, or both as you wish. All you have to do is show the property yourself, which I like to do anyway because I always want to meet the tenants. You can email the tenants first and find out about them before you agree to a viewing. I had over a dozen enquiries and found a suitable tenant within a few weeks. I have saved myself over £1500 in agent's commission, and that's just for the first year, never mind any subsequent years. Upad were also very helpful when I had a query. They replied to my email the same day and were always available on the phone. They also provide an optional referencing service which is paid for by the tenants.

The fees are a one-off payment of about £100 for a posting on property websites. Very good value.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
