Worst services ever. The management team is fine but the leasing team is the worst agent that I have dealt with (compared to 6-7 agents that I have dealt with previously). They would just reject all tenant's requests / questions without letting the landlord knows about the property problems. The attitudes are outrageous and mean as well.

Very great service and support by letting agent "Alex Murray" and by Rouge property for 18th months of rent period time, Alex was very helpful and supportive to us during everything we need and we contact him and he immediately responded to all our emails and phone calls and helping us with all situations. Really great support and I would recommend the rogue property to anyone who wants to rent a property, they are a great support.

ROUGE PROPERTY...WORST EVER..Never go to them.... They are a bunch of crooks who are a puppet in the hands of canniving landlords. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO ROUGE PROPERTY.

ROUGE PROPERTY...WORST EVER..Never go to them.... They are a bunch of crooks who are a puppet in the hands of canniving landlords. We had the worst ever experience with them. When you go to rent a property through them, they charge you exorbitant fees and what one gets from there is nothing more than a fancy one sided contract in favour of landlord. During the tenure of your stay in the property they remain unapproachable but once the contract needs to be renewed, they suddenly come into the picture, again asking for exorbitant fees. Well, thats not it..when the time gets for you to vaccate the property they again play games. No one bothers to take a handover, you are asked to drop the keys in letter box. And the worst is yet to come...when you ask for a refund of your deposit..they wash their hands off it saying that they have nothing to do with it and the tenant has to hackle with landlord. And if you happen to come across a rowdy and goon landlord, like I had, they just watch the plight of innocent tenants as a silent spectator witnessing hundreds of pounds being fleeced from innocent people. If you go to them for help, instead they will misguide you to go for accepting the unreaso able demands of the landlord. My sincere advice to all....PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO ROUGE PROPERTY.

Danny made purchasing our house - so often such a stressful process - as easy as it could possibly could be. There was no pressure put on us, and he was incredibly helpful, honest and polite on our tour of the property and in all subsequent dealings. I would not hesitate to use Rouge again or recommend them to others - they are a small, local agent with local expertise and a personal touch.

I am based in Gloucestershire and consequently had to travel back and forth to London to sort things out. I invited three agencies to view the property. One valued it very low, one very high and one in the middle, that was Rouge. The reason Rouge stood out from the others was that as soon as they walked through the door they didn't see any negatives, only the positives the property had to offer, (Which was sadly in a very poor state). They also immediately took on board the fact that I lived 100 miles away but assured me that everything could be taken care of from their end.

Within days they had found a buyer for the flat. Sadly it fell through quite close to exchange. It could have continued but the buyer wanted the price reduced. Rouge advised against accepting this and had another buyer lined up again within a few days. And so the flat sold shortly after for a very reasonable price.
I cannot fault the service I've received from Rouge. They instilled confidence from the first meeting and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Thank you to all those for making the whole process completely painless.
I just wish Rouge were Nationwide.

Fantastic service! I was really pleased with the service Danny Brown at Rouge Property provided with the purchase of my first home. I work for a relocation company and we support assignee's moving around the world for their new roles. I have been working with a young family who had to find a property and move in within a matter of days. We only made an offer 48 hours before the lease start date and it was down to David Freeman alone that this worked out. His efforts have made a huge difference to this family who have moved from India to an unfamiliar place and a new role away from home. I was renting flat through Rouge since two years, I got worst maintenance service for any issues and at end of tenancy they are making worthless claims of damage even though check in inventory clearly showing items already damaged.

Danny kept us fully informed of developments in both sale & purchase, liaising with solicitors & other parties estate agents where necessary. Fees will always feel expensive, but businesses have to remain viable & we were happy with the commission rate agreed at the outset.
