Comfort Letting Agents currently manage three student houses for me, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have had no trouble in signing up good tenants offering full market rent early in the student lettings season, and the day-to-day management of the properties has been faultlessly smooth. I have now dealt with everyone who works at Comfort and everyone has been invariably very helpful.
On two of my three houses, I took advantage of their project management service to do a full-scale refurb and extension. This took all the work and stress away from me, and Tom -- who was managing it -- was able to expertly advise on exactly needed to be done in order to optimise the property for student lettings.
For a reasonable fee Comfort has also dealt with HMO licence applications on my behalf, with great efficiency. Overall, I have been hugely impressed!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
