After we first contacted Walker Singleton, the next day one of their representatives called at our house. He explained exactly what the process of selling involved, how they would help and how much it would cost, which was very reassuring.
Plans and brochures were created very quickly, and in a couple of days we were up and running.
We were very pleased with the photography and the brochures which must have done the trick because we got a flurry of viewings almost immediately.
We were most impressed with the service we got. Jacqui and Gill kept us informed every step of the way and were most helpful both in our sale and the purchase of our new house.
They dealt with all our queries and kept in touch with the seller and the purchaser's agents. We didn't have to do much at all.
As we stand now, our sale has gone through at a satisfactory price and so has our purchase.
We are just waiting for completion and the move to our new house.
We can't thank Walker Singleton enough for smoothing the way through what is always a complicated process.
