River Homes have been a pleasure to deal with, both as Letting Agents and as Managing Agents. Sue (Letting Agent) was friendly, accommodating and informative; once I decided to move she was happy to find answers to all of my questions, and mediated effectively and quickly with the landlord when queries arose during negotiations. After moving in Kate (Managing Agent) has also been welcoming, professional and helpful, quickly arranging repairs when some initial snags cropped up, and communicating regularly. As a landlord myself, I appreciate the importance of keeping tenants well supported throughout the process and beyond - you need to be confident that the agent will represent you effectively and positively.
