Absolutely disgraceful service.
The property we received has been suffering from a severe damp and mould problem for several years. This was not disclosed to the tenants before signing the tenancy agreement. Medical problems including asthma and severe inflammations have now been suffered as a result.
Walton Robinson have repeatedly refused to rectify the situation in the property, instead continually denying the true state of the property. Tenants were forced to use a dehumidifier and constant central heating in a bid to alleviate the issue, and how now suffered significant financial detriment. Walton Robinson advised that they would consider compensation at the end of the tenancy, however all attempts for compensation have been refused.
Wholly unprofessional service. Substantial rent paid on this property, which is currently uninhabitable. However Walton Robinson have continued to let it out, and will undoubtedly repaint the mouldy walls to cover the issue, as they did with our tenancy. Unhelpful and clueless staff, who are unaware of basic construction issues. Jo-Anne Hunt failed to provide us with any assistance or resolve any queries. She appeared clueless and devoid of knowledge when dealing with the property. Disgraceful service.
We would advise any future tenants to avoid Walton Robinson. Property rent and administration fees are extortionate, and the property management received in return in vastly inadequate.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Extremely high rent for an uninhabitable property. Rent paid does not reflect the standard of the property we received.

We are sorry to see you have been disappointed with our service. We have invited you into the office to discuss your concerns further and are awaiting confirmation from you of a suitable time to do so.
As previously outlined, we have taken various measures to resolve the issues highlighted during your tenancy, including visits from Environmental Health arranged by Walton Robinson. These visits confirmed that the underlying cause of the problem was condensation and increased efforts could be made by tenants to keep on top of the situation.
Your request for compensation was relayed to the landlord as your tenancy agreement is with them, but unfortunately you were not satisfied with the response.
We look forward to meeting with you shortly and hope to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Regards,
Jo-Anne@WR
