I would like to say a massive thank you to Ryder and Dutton estate agents and especially Pat Boycott at the Middleton Branch for a job well done.

When I first put my house up for sale, I was disappointed with the first service I received from another agent, so I went with Ryder and Dutton which I should have chosen in the first instance.

As soon as I had decided to use Ryder and Dutton to sell my house, Jake ROWSON came to see me and did a valuation and complete all the paperwork.

Pat Boycott then called me a day or so later. I was very pleased to receive this call and I was extremely confident that my house would sell very soon, as I had read a lot of reviews where Pat Boycott from Ryder and Dutton has been dealing with the sales and all have been successful selling in no time at all.

From the word go, Pat had kept me informed about everything that was going on. When the housing market slowed down towards the Christmas period, Pat kept me informed about the way things were going and she did not let up on her efforts to keep the house sale going. Even through the Christmas period, we were getting people showing and interest in the house and I was getting vewings.

When things did slow down, Pat was able to use her expertise to provide some great advice to rejuvenate interest the house sale, and once implemented, the interest took off again and we had a succession of people coming to view the house

At the start of the new year, the viewings picked up again, and yet again, Pat was in touch with me, giving me an update on what was happening.

When there were a few difficulties, Pat would be there to sort things out and to negotiate my buyer, and she really did work hard to see the sale go through smoothly.

Pat Boycott from Ryder and Dutton estate agents Middleton branch is a great asset to Ryder and Dutton. She is professional, very knowledgeable, and expert in her job and anyone can be confident that if Pat Boycott handles their sale or purchase, then rest assured, that person would get the best possible service and also be confident that the sale or purchase of their properties would go smoothly and promptly.

Thank you to all the people at Ryder and Dutton estate agents, Jake, Rachel, Callum and especially Pat Boycott who was looking after the sale of my house.

Pat, without you and your dedication and hard work, I know the sale of my house would have fallen through, so thank you so much for all that you have done.

Well done Ryder and Dutton Middleton, and a massive well done to you Pat Boycott.
