I cannot recommend Simon Lemcke and the team at Goldin Lemcke highly enough. We had an incredibly tough time with our buyers and Simon was invaluable in ensuring the success of our sale. Without his intervention, time and support (including taking phone calls over a bank holiday weekend) I have no doubt that we would not have been able to complete our sale and thus be able to secure our purchase property. If you want someone to handle your sale that truly cares about the outcome I would recommend using them.
