Our initial experience was very poor. Nobody ever answered our phone calls, despite the fact that when we signed up for tge Gold Service we were assured we would get just that. Asrar Bashir has been very efficient in notifying us when repairs were needed. Since Rebecca Hoyes took over we have noticed a vast difference in service. She has been very helpful and dealt with all our queries promotly, keeping us informed of what is going on.
