From the start to the very finish Mansbridge & Balment have been a wonder to work with. Our initial viewings were all arranged conveniently as we booked a block viewing of around 5 properties, following the agents to each one. They were very knowledgeable of all the properties and the areas in which they were located. Once we viewed them all, we pretty much found the one we fell in love with and subsequently started to make offers. This was all done over the telephone and within about 10 minutes we had an offer accepted, very efficient. The website was updated almost immediately with "Sold - STC" which is always good to fend off potential gazumpers.

After that we had some problems and technical faults with our mortgage application causing several delays we had not anticipated. The Staff at Mansbridge & Balment were very good at relaying this news to the sellers and everyone was very patient with us, which was awesome at an already stressful time.

Once the problems were all worked out everything went very smoothly and I can't thank all the staff enough for the level of service and professionalism we experienced. If we ever wanted to buy, or sell or do anything house related in the future, I would definitely use them again and happily recommend them to anyone else.
