Avoid!! Hollandale Kane were unhelpful, unprofessional and extremely hard to get in contact with. It took four days for us to get in contact with them to notify that the boiler wasn't working, only to have it repaired and then break down again the next day. In total we were without hot water for seven days with no urgency from Hollandale Kane to do anything about it. Also had issues with getting our huge deposit back due to 'discrepancies of dilapidation of the flat'. The fact of the matter was there was a serious mould issue (which we later found out they had previous knowledge about but painted over it) which is the reason we were able to break contract early (only in property for three months). To then try and hold our deposit for this very reason is laughable! Avoid at all costs!!
