Stuart Lugo attended promptly at the property and was informative and efficient in the initial salesmanship bid. However the follow up was agonisingly slow. We sold the property very quickly but could have done it by word of mouth. I had to chase up hard copies of paperwork - needed for probate, no one contacted me to give me any updates. I felt Howards were working for the buyers and not the sellers. Howards chased me for keys despite knowing that I was out of the country at the time. I had to chase up copies of the sale and completion details despite the fact that my solicitors had paid the bill for Howards promptly. I felt that Howards dismissed me and did not care about keeping me informed about the progression of the sale. They collected their fee for an easy sale and didn't consider the fact that they were working for me. I did not like the dismissive attitude of Bobby Johnson or the way she approached the issues I raised . I received better service when I spoke to other members of the Howards team. Errors were made by Howards and I feel that no one really cared. I had no feed back from Stuart Lugo other than the initial sales pitch.
What agent could do to change your mind?
lack of communication personal contact lacking felt you worked for the buyer as opposed to the seller no communications unless initiated by me other than chasing for keys

From start to completion I found everyone I dealt with in the Gorleston office to be very pleasant and easy to deal with.
