Me and my fiancƒÂ© moved in to our first house through Bradleys in Oakhampton.
We had tried many other estate agents in the local area, but none matched the level of customer service that we received with Bradleys.
Upon viewing the house we met with Jonathan, who showed us around 2 propeties, he explained in detail about each house and how they would benefit us. As we had no idea of what to expect this helped us greatly.
Once we had applied for one of the properties we looked at, both Sarah and Johnathon guided us through what should have been quiet a stressful process, as we had enconted beofre, instead it was with ease and comfort.
Even now after we have moved in, we have received a few calls to check on how eveything is going, I can't thank them all enough for how helpful they have been.
I would highly recommend this estate agent; fantastic customer service, professional and great honest advice.
Comment on agent fees
The agents fees were acceptable,we were told honestly what the fees were when we first met with the estate agents, once we wanted to start the application process we were given a breakdown of where our money was going and why, we were paying a certain amount for each item.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure

1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.

2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.

3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
