Helmores was excellent throughout - they were extremely professional, efficient, quick to communicate and to return calls. Our house sold on the first day we put it on the market, and we enjoyed a bidding war that allowed us to sell for higher than the asking price. Helmores addressed all issues that arose without delay and we would recommend them very highly to anyone wanting a quick and efficient house sale.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
