Edward Mellor provide the worst possible customer service and are also rude, liars, and you have to constantly chase them for anything to get done.and heavens forbid if you complain they then ban you from speaking to them or entering the branch they never helped with any problems of which we had many I would send all the staff on a training course including the manager and never use this joke of a company again!!!!
