Never use any business associated with HELEN GREGORY. I was owed several months rent as a landlord which i eventually got back, only through persistence and I've now found out she never registered the £600. Deposit for my tenant. Great ... Read Full Review

We were suspicious then but more so now..Helen did not return a tenant deposit owed to us in 1996. Unwittingly, we used her to sell a property for us while we were overseas; and before closing was allowing the future owners to come & go in our property as they pleased. I have no proof, but ... We believe that she acted unprofessionally and there was no one to hold her accountable as she seemed to run the office. She took full advantage of the fact that we were ex-pats.

Rented from Beechwood since 2010. They had three offices then Chesterfield, Bakewell and Matlock. First they closed the Chesterfield office, then Bakewell.
