Agents’ fees for letting are currently a political hot potato and there are moves to outlaw them. Murray’s fees in June 2016 were higher than most but I was lucky enough not to have to worry about the marginal extra cost. And the flat was terrific!

As landlords we have dealt with Murray Management for almost 30 years and have never had a cause to complain about their service to either us or any of the tenants we have had during that time. To have kept any of the deposit for that house, given the amount of rent we'd paid, and the fact that we left the house as you\'d expect after 3 years, is criminal and unkind.
