Over a year after sacking this letting agent we are still clearing up the mess they left behind by recommending tenants without properly researching their suitability and financial standing. Trying to buy a property with this Estate Agency who are a local firm to Crowborough, I'm afraid to say that calls are not returned, when visiting for a second viewing the agent didn't know it was a second viewing and overall they are just very poor at communicating. Have now discovered that the 10% we have paid this agency has been for nothing, the tenant has left the property with garden looking like its not been touched in the year she has been there, a dirty greasy oven, dirty windows , and cracked paintwork. Been willing to help us a bit more, if they had checked property properly when tenant moved out and had problems put right instead of trying to save tenant money and protecting our rights.
