I can only advise that if you are looking to buy a property in the Wokingham/Winnersh/Earley/Reading area you use any one of the vast number of estate agents competing with Martyn Russell in the area. Be honest and have a little bit of integrity in the first place knowing what the previous tenants of the house had been through.
Very poor service, fees are extortionate, customer service is non-existent.

Disorganised cowboys, that completely lose interest once they have your money.
