I recently let out my property with Letwithease. I found the service to be very professional from start to finish. The whole process was made very simple from the initial marketing of my property to finding new tenants.
Overall I was very happy and it was great value for money. I will certainly be recommending the service to my friends and will be going back to them when my property needs to be re let.

After several disputes with this company and its directors, I decided enough was enough and tried to extricate myself from my contract with them (I'd been a client for about two and a half years). They hit me with a ‘cancellation fee' of £1161. I queried it with them and they tried to bamboozle me with a load of legalese to try and justify their actions. I took them to the Property Ombudsman who instructed them to pay me back £938! I very much regret appointing them to manage as my agents.
