Rented with this company 3 years ago, when we were living at the property we had nothing but issues. Mice and rats infesting all the main living areas and just no care taken in the up keep of the flat before we moved in. Avoid at any cost.Hands down the worst agent I have had to deal with. Do not believe a word they say. Illegal , dishonest trading practices. Do not pay any reservation fee before meeting the landlord( they insist it is to have a point of contact) but it is just a way to take your holding deposit ... Read Full Review

Let It Direct are hands down the worst letting agency we have ever used. Their lack of communication and lack of responsibility is shocking to say the least.
