aTenant on 9th Apr 20141 Star Review The house we were living in was to be sold. When the viewing happened, the prospective buyers said we could stay in there for 3 months instead of 2 (standard notice period). Still - as Let & Go put it - as a formality, we were served notice to leave after 2 months. Suddenly, they changed their mind and we were told to leave after 2 months - we already had a new place for after 3 months but not before. Instead of trying to help us find a compromise, Let & Go were really unhelpful. Suddenly, they didn't pick up the phone even during their "phone line open hours". We were honest tenants, always paid the rent and brought the house to a better standard than that in which we found it, we always cooperated for viewings etc so we expected to be treated more respectful than this.

I lived the worst experience of my life! I am renting through this agent in 85 Canute Road. The boiler broke and I stayed 27.5 days without a boiler!! 27.5 days!!! No hot water, no heating! Mental!! Stay away from these people! They don't care about you at ... Read Full Review

In the end, it's only about money for them and they don't care about people's personal circumstances, even if they pretend to do when you first meet them.
