Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
The company is owned and managed on a daily basis by Directors, Brian & Liz Carlisle. Any issues not resolved to your satisfaction by our skilled trained and qualified staff can be referred to them for action. The Company is also a member of the NAEA, ARLA, and the Property Ombudsman so these bodies, and their redress schemes will resolve in the unlikely event of you not achieving satisfaction in house.
