Everything, we are now pursuing legal advice on how to resolve matters with the agency as they are refusing to cooperate.

Beware of John Hollingsworth property management department. They also go by the name Square Mile. They have provided an appalling service, no gas safety certificates for a start. I would like to give zero stars. From the outset we have been treated like sub-humans. They mucked up our contract which left us sitting in the office with all our bags ready to move in only for the agent to refuse handover of the keys. John Hollingsworth seemed ok during my tenancy as we had very few dealings with the property management department. However, it took over 3 months to get our deposit back at the end of the tenancy. They never return calls or emails unless legal action is threatened.Stay well clear of this ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
