Nothing but scum Lords. Claim to have had a professional cleaner in to clean the property before we moved in, yet there's a rentokill rat posion tray on top of the boiler under a mountain of dust. Weeks after moving in garden fence started collapsing (which of course had a pre tenancy ... Read Full Review

Terrible tenancy company. Takes forever to get them to resolve even a serious structural problem to the property. My first home visit the agent was rude, aggressive, mean to my timid dog. This agency is a fraud, they never looked after any deposit protection / maintenance; I had 2 properties sourced by The Insight Group who charged over £5000 on sourcing fee for 2 run-down houses in the bronx area L4.
