Treat your tenants with far more respect and actually try to deal with problems in your properties rather than brushing them under the carpet. We were treated like idiots and felt completely taken advantage of.... shelling out £325 per month EACH for a place that didn\'t even have working showers for the last 4 months. Disgraceful.
