Hearnes agreed a sale three times on our property only to be let down by the quality of two of the buyers. They arranged plenty of viewings and came back quickly with feedback. Contacted Wimborne branch and requested details of 1 particular property given latest price which was 25,000 more than advertised,was told they would send all details and any other details by email. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
