 Hughes on 17th Jan 20191 Star Review All I can say is thank god our deposit was placed into a rent deposit protection scheme. The estate agent fully supported the landlord in his attempt at taking a unjustifiably significant amount out of our deposit and despite numerous attempts of negotiation it took the deposit protection company to resolve the issue in our favour. In my opinion this estate agent has little interest in the rights of her tenants. I would avoid this estate agent at all costs.
