Haybrooks provided an excellent service by finding a buyer for the house within one day! When that buyer unexpectedy dropped out they found a second buyer within another day. That sale progressed normally to a successful conclusion without any drama and without my presence, all routine contact being made via telephone. Please do not use this estate agents . We constantly had to chase them and as we were re locating up to Cumbria this was a constant problem . And then weeks after the sale they told us we owe them £400 this was not our fault it was the solicitor who haybrook recommend to us wake smith . They had calculated the figure wrong . When renting out this property , nothing could be better. Prompt very good service. Found for me the right tenant. We had a valuation done at the end of September 2014 on our 3 bedroomed semi detached. My experience of using Haybrook to sell my property was brilliant. The valuer arrived on time, gave me lots of information regarding prices, terms of contract and their marketing strategy. They should have actually done what I had stated I wanted when we first met. It\'s all nice and polite until they know they need to get money from you. They need to earn the money, not just do anything necessary to take it away from you. Stop intimidating the people that pay your wages.

First of all, we had booked an appointment with haybrook to view the property and basically the agent came 1 HOUR LATE!!! Next, we had to deal with haybrook in order to speak to the landlord regarding one of the double bedrooms, and one of the staff was sooo rude over the phone, he basically made the decision himself rather than talking to the landlord and argued, until I had to just cut off the phone. What a disappointment!!!...

We moved into a property that was marketed and contracts drawn up by Haybrook, when we got the keys we found that the property was filthy, Haybrook promised us it would be professionally cleaned. As someone who has bought and sold several times, my dealings with various agents have been plenty some being excellent some being poor. But I was introduced to incompetance on a completely new level when I had the misfortune to deal with the Woodseats branch of Haybrook.
