This agency is fraudulent and does not pay the rental money on to its landlords, both David Osbourne and his son Michael are con men and I had to take them to court to try to retrieve rent paid by my tenants also they do not mange the property they just ignore it. In short this company is useless and not at all straight, would seriously avoid them. As a landlord they cheated me out of thousands of pounds and when made a complaint the owner tried to intimidate. 'Terrible' doesn't begin to do justice to this company. My daughter almost had a complete breakdown through their atrocious business practices. Hamilton Fox didn't even send us a copy of the rental agreement, a list of contents or the tenants references or details, so my daughter's flat was let out ... Read Full Review

6 months with Hamilton Fox has been, by far, the worst customer experience I had in this country since I came to London 10 years ago. Refer to other review for the kind of issues I went through. I cannot even begin to describe into words how much grief Hamilton Fox Hackney office has caused me in a year and a half. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
