VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Having dealt with H&P for a number of years if you have a choice I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. We are having leaks in our flat since last year. They keep sending people promising to fix the leak in the roof but the only thing they do is increasing the damage.
