The director manager *, he is not helpful at all. He owns me money for the property we never purchased. He took our money- cash in hand and not paying us back. He keeps making excuses. Stay away from this agent, his a scam, liar and fraud we gave him a property with a 3 year contract, when the contract ended, we wanted the property back because he was paying less rent. 5 bedroom property which is worth �1,200 per month rent but greengate property was just paying ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
