Andrea on 14th Mar 20231 Star Review My brother came in to get a valuation on the house ....he was spoken to by the lady in the office who proceeded to tell him off for just loosing his job, then he was told to kick his sister out of the house as he could get alot more rent for the property.....This is a sister who has been through hell with her health and was in the process of having to have another serious operation, this house has been a family home since the 70s and has remained in the family since ....He had come in for a valuation....nothing of his personal life was ANYTHING to do with her ....She was rude and abrupt and left my brother feeling like he had done a few rounds with Tyson....HOW DARE SHE TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT .....His life and how he lives it is absolutely nothing to do with Freckleton Brown ....She should NEVER be allowed to talk to ANYONE the way she spoke to my brother that day. And as for kicking my sister out of the house .....NO CHANCE.

Awful estate agents
Do not use for anything!!
Adele the lady in the office so rude and unprofessional
We did an application for a house was told the landlord was happy with our application all I needed was a current landlord reference and then we can sort a date to move in.
But Because of the service and ignoring my emails I sent a email to the manager and Adele sharing my concerns, Adele then didn't like that and withdrew my application.
I have emails to show
Good job I didn't give my notice on my current house!!!
I would love to know if the landlord of the property is aware of their actions!!!
I complained to Paul Freckleton, couldn't get situation resolved and he was ignoring my actual complaint about Adele and about withdrawing my application
So now will go to the ombudsman

I contacted the Eastwood Office to request two viewings of properties for sale. The man who 'allegedly' works there informed me that they had been sold.
A month later they are still for sale. I used their contact form to request to view these properties and heard absolutely nothing.
If you are thinking of using them, don't. They have properties for sale two years on their books, I have NO idea why they are in business as they do not sell properties!!

be aware dont deal with this company, just bare faced liars, i applied to view a property to let was told the occupants were away i phoned again the same week and got told it would probably me monday if they could get hold of the tennants, still not heard anything so thought id ring to see if anything was sorted, got told it had gone and all people had been informed of viewings, i said so would i be on the phone today if that was the case, i work in a customer based environment and i think that this kind of service stinks and as i said to them i wont be in touch again as i cant abide liars. apologises are the lamest thing ever used

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been honest from the start, atleast acknowledge and apologise for what they did, and return some of the hefty credit check fee that I paid, which could help me in thr future as I do not earn a great deal!

I was so excited that I gave them moneyfor a credit check. Luckily my mum wanted to see the property, so I went a second time and found out some slightly different informatiin regarding the property, from this I decided to not go for it, and I felt very upset. I complained not just to get moneynbut to stress the injustice of the situation, but they are not even acknowledging that they could have done this, they are just saying that no one gave false information.
