* the inspector came to my house on the 22nd July 2021 but I could not let him in as we had to be tested for covid. Awful company. Anyone looking to rent of these guys. As a landlord - the experience started fine but service ended up being very very poor. Basically they just take your money each month for very little in return. Fife lettings Cowdenbeath - having had tenants in our property for a few years I was expecting some work to do to bring back to standard. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
