This company should have it's licence revoked. They hide a website that restricts communication. Telephone calls are eventually answered but the advice given is inaccurate, contradictory and of no use whatever. The site allows accounts to be created but not deleted. The only saving grace is ... This is just one example of the rubbish currently being dished out from the DPS. This relates to a departed tenant, who left £2800 of rent arrears and damage and cant be contacted. Is the DPS paying it's way by holding Deposits ... making interest on the money held presumably. An ADS should be a personal process, appoint client services manager on each ADS and it should be 2 months at the very most.
