I live in a block managed by David Charles. They have no care for Health & Safety and other concerns for the residents. On top they hold PREJUDICE views. We wanted to let a property through David Charles and asked if they would take responsibility for bringing the property to the level ready for letting. I cannot recommend David charles and especially Claudio highly enough. They all were extremely professional, friendly and attentive at all times. In my 10 years of using estate agents to let my property definitely the worst and believe me Ruislip has many bad agents. Not through choice, my 80+ yr old parents have been with DCPC for about 4 years.
