Worst agency in the whole uk. This is my personal experience. I have been renting flats/houses with other agencies since 2010 and no agency deducted more than £26 of my deposit. Worst agency ever! I do not recomment this for students. Avoid them at all costs. Their communication and service is terrible. Cryers offered an appalling service and were extremely incompetent. 'Incompetent' is a word used a lot in other reviews of Cryers I have seen, and for a reason. The fee is not so much of an issue when you get what you pay for, but all Cryers do is take your money and run. As soon as you have given them money they don't care about you and if any problems occur they will just redirect you to someone else even though they should be sorting that out internally.
