Everything is alright with them until you are moving home and apply to get your 'protected' deposit back. We cannot recommend this agency from a buying perspective. All went well from the offer being accepted but rapidly deteriorated into a confrontational situation on completion day. We were letting our property with Crofts for a number of years most of which were fine, but when we started experiencing problems with our tenant, mostly late rent, their shortcomings became evident. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
