Unprofessional, Un helpful, dishonest, thieve, horrible horrible horrible agent. Please save yourselves lots of headache, lots of losses and avoid this agent, the old witch jane ryan.. I would advise anyone else looking for management to use anyone in preference to Cousins. They do the minimum possible.
