So sad. We have used Colebrook Sturrock for eight years. They were good, professional and attentive. But in recent years their service has become very shabby. We used Colebrook Sturrock primarily as they were a local firm and the one that the sellers used when we bought the property 8 years previously. What agent could do to change your mind?
More proactivity, better communications, act for the seller who pays you, not the buyer.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
