What a bunch of incompetent idiots. They fixed my window, but actually made it too loose...tried to tell them about it, was ignored, ended up damaging the hanger that holds the curtains because window basically almost fell out, had to fix myself. The fees? what you mean $200 for printing out paper, then they wanted more fees if we wanted to EXTEND OUR CONTRACT...just to get every last $ they can squeeze out.
