Avoid Avoid Avoid! Dreadful service, shoddy accommodation unprofessional and uncontactable managing director/accountant/whatever job title they decided on that week. Terrible letting agents led by the atrocious and highly rude Bruce. What agent could do to change your mind?
Hidden fees, so many deductions from the deposit when we left the flat in great condition (i.e. Paid to have the clean carpets professinally cleaned - they did not need it).

I would highly recommend NOT to use Charles Fox. On finding a property that I liked, I specifically asked Daniel the Manger if it was a long term let to which he replied yes. What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth and have the decency to at least apologise when they see that they have upset one of their clients, even if they do see it as a misunderstanding. They\'re behaviour was utterly appalling.
