Met Mr Max. I was interested in one specific flat i found on the internet (gumtree). People stay away. They are liyers and unhelfull, plus 80 pound to view a place?!! They defenetely do not know anything about lettings. If you smart, stay away and choose a proper letting agency with a normal telephone number. I have already reported all his adverts in ... Read Full Review

I understand the negative criticism of Central Flats but there are also good points. Firstly, Max can come across as rude but really he's just eccentric and old fashioned. Quite a character. I my opinion this is a company to beware of, from my experience they lure you into the office from adverts of rental properties that are not actually available, yet they state on a answering machine when you call, before your wasted trip to their offices, that the advertised property is available. ...
