As a handicapped pensioner, I would have hoped for some co-operation from the agency to avoid a whole week's pension (£120) being deducted from my deposit over a minor item (de-scaling) which, had I been aware, would have taken care of for about £3 of descalant. Good at finding us a property, prompt, intelligent and courteous. But when the seller failed to produce a necessary building certificate for an extension, they hounded us, not them, with attempts to close the sale of "the deal will fall through if you keep chasing". ... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
