Berkeleys are absolutely disgraceful! What agent could do to change your mind?
I was willing to purchase a flat on marsh close and made few offers, however your sales team member declined all my offers without putting my offer to the buyer, i even offered the asking price however your sales team member told us that they have a cash buyer and the seller as accepted there offer, my mortgage was in place and with no chain and with 20% deposit however that should make no difference to a cash buyer as to complete would take the same time, all i wanted to know that my offer was the asking price so why was not my offer put forward too the buyer, if i had a property to sell am sure i wanted the maximum price for my property.

Completely unprofessional and infuriating. The staff have no idea what they're talking about and they lie through their teeth to try and keep you quiet/happy. If they were more professional, told the truth and delivered on their promises. But under current circumstances, once we\'ve left this house we will have no further contact with them and certainly not recommend them to anyone we know.
