Austin Bond are the worst estate agents in Portsmouth. Upon moving into the property there was mould, damp, woodworm and dirt throughout which took extensive cleaning from the three tenants and their families. Nice as pie before you give them any money and sign the contract. Once you do, it all changes. I was shouted at for what Paul thought was a silly question within minutes of signing the contract. Students please beware and DO NOT USE this company. The customer service is extremely bad and they will lie to get you into the property. Once you are in the property, they will behave like vultures. We took out a ten month student contract but they have made it eleven and refusing to budge.Also they wouldn't fix the washing machine for a month when it had dirty smelly water in it,and you couldn't use the sink.
